As a college student with ADHD, I've found that utilizing various strategies has greatly contributed to my success. First, establishing a consistent routine and staying organized has been crucial to managing my workload. Additionally, seeking support from professors and academic advisors has made a significant difference in my overall academic performance. Utilizing various study techniques, such as breaking tasks into smaller parts, and finding a study environment that suits my needs have also been essential. Lastly, self-care and stress management are necessary to maintain balance and focus throughout the college experience.
